Hospital system John Muir Health had staked out their position in the category as a place where doctors actually listen to their patients and communicate clearly about their treatment plans. But what does that actually look like? We’ve all had the experience of being at a check-up, afraid to ask one of those kinda sorta embarrassing questions about our weird human bodies. The Healthy Conversations campaign takes viewers inside the doctors’ offices to hear exactly what those extremely relatable questions might be – and show the doctor-patient relationship in action.

Somewhere there exists the full list of all the embarrassing/bizarre/fascinating questions we thought of for patients could throw at their doctors. A few select ones are shown below.


Campaign Evolution

After the campaign successfully moved the needle for primary care, obstetrics, and pediatrics, our clients asked if we thought it could extend to specialists, like orthopedics or pulmonology. Challenge accepted, and the below spots were hatched.
